If you require staffing for your function, we can arrange for the following personnel; at the hourly rates listed below. Please note that there is a minimum charge of 2 hours per staff member, even if they are required for less time, as a casual staff are required by law to work a minimum 2-hour shift. Please also be aware that there may be travelling costs for functions outside of the Mandurah area. You will be advised of this when making your booking. Also note that staffing is subject to availability and cannot always be supplied. The more notice that can be given the more likely you are to receive the staff you require for your function.

Bouvard Tavern DO NOT hire out equipment. However, the list below is a guide to the items that you will require for our menus. If you would like us to contact a hire company to place your order for you, our function Co-ordination fee of $95.00 per hour applies. The prices below are a guide only and you should check them with a hire company to confirm. Please be aware that most hire companies package their cutlery & crockery in sets of 10, so you will need to round up to the nearest multiple of 10 when ordering. Glassware, tables, chairs, dance floors, marquees and numerous other items are also available so please contact the hire company for a full list of equipment.
